LEVASSEUR PL 15 skins

Some temporary skins,based on folder skin,more in-depth skins later( more than 2 more weeks,template & skins Laté298 under construction)

PL 15 from esc. 3S6 carried out patrols on the Channel from sept 39 to april 40
PL 15 from esc. 7B2 were attached to the aircraft transport ship "Commandant TESTE" 1934 to 1937 some patrol in the mediterranean during Spanish War
