Thx but they don't work for me. Also tried and downsized them to 1024 MB - nada. In FMB they cannot be added to the plane if selected.

Have you applied "An-24 / 26 skinable patch V2" on your B.A.T. v4.1.1 from here ?

B.A.T. v4.1.1's internal version An-24 cannot treat user custom skins.
The patch enables skinning An-24 in B.A.T. v4 .
