What about ground forces in a 1946 scenario?

Most 1946-based alternate histories I've seen focus on experimental aircraft and the like. Granted, this is one of the most fascinating aspects of the concept, but what about ground forces? I never see much about the armored vehicles that might have been deployed or the infantry weapons that might have been carried.

We can safely assume that super-heavy tanks might have seen action, like the American T28 and the German Maus. The German Wasserfall guided AA missiles could have been properly developed and deployed. Prototype infantry rifles like the Winchester Automatic Rifle (WAR) or AK-46 could have been deployed.

What else? Please share. I need brainstorming material.
