The view from the center cannot be moved or zoomed.

It can be zoomed using your mouse. That is a normal external camera view, like the ones on an aircraft carrier or camera object.

By the way, in your BAT screenshot I notice old style HUD. That is either modded, or not from BAT 413.

The image of "Fuso" at the bottom is a screenshot of "Vp mod".
At the time of "B.A.T. 4.1.1", I was able to move the viewpoint and zoom.
I can't do it after updating.

RABIZO forgot to mention he has VisualMod in his BAT and yes, VisualMod will place the camera at the center of carriers/ships. The solution is to remove VisualMod, try NG-CAM instead (not as many features but 100% compatible with BAT).

By the way, the next version of NG-CAM will include an optional LSO View (Landing signal officer).
