New textures in English for MiG-21-93 (UPG Bison) version 0.1 beta (Post edited)

Installation method:
1) Make a backup copy of the cockpit folder.
2) Unpack the archive and overwrite the folder with the MiG-21-93 cockpit. agrees with the replacement.

Beta version - not everything has been translated yet (I'm not sure if everything is of high quality and correct).
The continuation will depend on your interest.
