No. Actually JSMGE is just a tool that moves files around.
Most of the JSGME mods, once activated are being copied to the mods folder itself, so their priority simply depends on the name of their folder inside the mods folder (mind you, mods folder load order is the natural numeric/alphabetic order).

This is what happens when i select MiG 21 in quick mission builder. 






EDIT- My game is still crashing after selecting jets like MiG 17 (which used to work before) after i start quick mission
EDIT-2 - I installed F16 and F14 mods but the same thing is happening

I have somehow fixed it. The aircraft now show up in quick mission. BUT The game crashes after I start quick mission. And sometimes it gives me mission-Null error.

 Please help!

It's just that I make sure that my favorite mods are at the top of the modsorder. Just hadn't described it in such detail.

The version of your Mig is not working along with the version of the dependency files, like EngineMod or Common Utils. There is an incompatibility, it seems.

Oh ok. I downloaded the latest version of all the files btw. So these mods wont work anymore now?

It is possible? that or another mod install problem on your side.
I am just stating what appears as the conflict to me in the log.

Nope! I think I'm in bad luck :). As Vampire said there's some compatibility issues it seems. I really wanted to fly the MiG 21 tho. Been around the bird since my childhood because my dad is a Fishbed Pilot.
