Not an important post, but I need to gloat. I've just started using the complex engine management settings, and after a few orientation flights I decided to see if I could manage it while in combat. After burning up a few Yak engines due to poor management, I decided to try it with an infamously testy plane, the Mig-3. After burning one of those engines, I went up again and kept my engine in a good states  AND scored my first victory in the Mig! Honestly, I can't believe I went so long missing the CEM aspect of the game. As for combining them with the Mig, Pokryshkin's words come to mind "It [The Mig] could be compared to a strict, hot-tempered horse: in the hands of a strong-willed rider, it rushes like an arrow; if you lost control it would trample you with its hooves."

Again, not important, just celebrating.
