Missing stuff in BAT 4.2 WAW

Hi

The upgrade to 4.2 went smooth as always.  :)

But I've noticed that there are no stationary planes for:
BF_110C1
JU_87B1

It would be nice if all the included planes had stationary planes as well.  ;)

Thanks for great work to all involved in the creation of BAT.
