The territory of El Salvador did not require the use of auxiliary fuel tanks.

Unable to buy combat aircraft from the United States due to a US government arms embargo, the Salvadorans bought 18 surplus Israeli Ouragans on the international arms market. These aircraft were refurbished by the Israelis and were delivered to El Salvador between 1973 and 1978.

Salvadoran Ouragans have been pictured in several camouflage schemes, and it is possible that during the war the Ouragan fleet operated in colors that were never completely standardized.

Licensed production of the Gamecock, known locally as the Kukko (“rooster” in Finnish), began at the Finnish National Aircraft Factory in 1929. The Kukko served on the front line in the Finnish Air Force throughout the 1930s.

It seems that the sign on the right wing is incorrectly painted, perhaps at that time that's how state signs were painted ?

It is similar to what happened with italian markings in Artiglio skins. The roundel should be symmetrical while in the skin we have the same roundel replicated
