I know what you mean re building size. Not too bad for me, as I fly a lot of COIN missions which tend to be low and slow. I did create a generic 'native' village which I use on the Green Hell map for COIN operations, which I think doesn't look too bad. That map has a lot of clearings, so I just drop the village in there (usually adding some camp fire smoke). You do need to be flying low, though.

I am a low flyer too. I prefer to conduct missions around 200-500meters and don't like being higher than 1200m. Mainly because the tiling effects of textures become more and more apparent above those heights.

I have dozens of templates saved for Egypt houses/villages, Chinese/Japanese and also for Spanish villages. They are easy to reshuffle around and reassemble to make different looking villages.

I haven't any for these kind of African buildings though. But I suppose the villages are not really complex affairs either.

but I've a problem when I use StaticChecker, missing object is : buildings.House$]SEchurch10
I think it's a problem because in my objects [buildings.House$SEchurch10] is present and ok
that means it's a problem in your static with the definition, in case of how to modify that ? or a solution please

Very very old problem from 2015...
Very easy to fix.
You need a hex editor and make a small modification in the "actors" file.

I'm on 4.122 + SAS 5.3 + JETERA all OK
I do Static checker and all is OK (I applyed all you said about SEChurch10)
When I want to download the map, it doesn't appear, nothing !!!
Have you please a solution ?
