Hello everyone!


Here are the New J2F-5 skins Pack, there are nine generic U.S Navy and U.S.M.C skins,
based on historical models covering the period 1942 - 1945 in the Pacific theater.

I started with the skins of  GIO1963tto as a as a starting guide,
and a lot of photos, to end up achieve a complete template and making beautiful skins on it.

I love this plane, its versatility, and its all-terrain capability makes it an ideal aircraft and allows multiple scenarios for all kinds of missions,
he really deserved a good brushstroke.

I also retextured the interiors (Engine, Dashboard, rear control panels et radio, rear  gun, tail wheel and miscellaneous details...),
and a new skin for the rear gunner.
   
It was not easy, sometimes laborious, I tore my hair very often with the small defects of the 3D model requiring some compromises to obtain an aesthetic
and realistic whole with maximum detail, I hope you enjoy.


This new pack contain:
 
Nine Generic Skins (Navy - USMC) covering the period 1942-45 + the interiors + new gunner skin in a folder ready to install in JSGME for BAT
and If you use MODACT (don't forget to change the #WAW3 directory to #SAS).

Your skins and interior textures are Outstanding!
Just tried them out on Gio's original J2F. Perfect, no problems.

  Hi Bwf.

I hesitated a lot between a J2F-4 or J2F-5 designation,
I can easily make a modification to the radiator air intake (rounded shape as on the default skin with four opening slats)
and the marking of the drift, they are ready in the template I made ,  it was much more beautiful ,
but the inner slats appear distorted at certain angles.
it's up to you to choose...

Hi Bwf.


it was this part of the plane that caused me some problems, but as I am a relentless perfectionist, I ended up finding the solution and it works pretty well.



I am currently working on a metal skin and it is progressing faster than expected,



the first models will be corrected with designation J2F-5, and they will be added with the others (but I say no more...), I will publish all that when it is finished.
I'll try to be more attentive the next time, I'll put sreenshots before placing a link.

  hello everyone!


J2F-5 Work in progress...


All the old skins are ready there were quite a few things to fix and here are some more that will be finished soon,
I think there will be 9 or 10 skins...
then I will to fly a long time with each model to check everything again and again... + some screens to do,
It will take some time but I'm almost at the end...

- included in the pack the interiors with a new skin for the rear gunner and the new presentation.

It took a little longer than expected, (a lot of things to correct) I did them much beutiful with as much detail as possible,
