This does not work in any version of the game 4.12 BAT, VP, UP, HSFX

What is the pilot selection supposed to be? I have tried them all they are not rendered correctly?

Instructions followed to the letter dll added re named file to top of list etc IT and RAF do not show up at all. Heir change did not accomplish anything?

Had this problem too and Knochenlutscher broke my despair. 

He wrote to me:

"bk, did you install the french pilot? You need these files!"

Knoch was right!

Additional note:

Delete the sign "-" (minus) in front of the mod in your whatever mods folder.

Choose the right nation/army and choose in settings "Pilots" "Standard", thats all...

    It is not clear to me ... do we overwrite the first plane folder with the second simply or do we delete all the previous airplanes and the textures folder and then insert the second folder?

Delete all the previous airplanes and the textures folder - ALL !

I'll release ETO pilots soon

What kind of instructions are these? Deleted textures and now the game does not run at all.

Thanks but it is a no go nothing but problems

After all that it just did not work out for me now a cannot get a game to start: ERROR mission load fail: Null

I spent all day on this I going to set this bucket down, and just use what the game gives me.

Different mission SBD carrier take off mission plane starts off in the water floating like a cork. I also saw a post to delete textures that was horrific, game wont run at all. Have to return to back up.

Go to main game folder\ Quicks\...

and delete: .last.quick!


Do exactly what I described!

Ranwer's pilots work fine in my B.A.T. #WAW3 (error free)!

I pretty much hosed my last version of the game 4.2.1 created a new build again up to 4.2.1, and did not fool around with deleting files just added the new pilot mods as directed here is what my #WAW3 looks like:

Tigers Flybys
PILOTS USA PTO
PILOTS FRANCE
PILOTS ITALY
PILOTS RAF
HEAD MOVEMENT 4.12
CLASSES-BAT
CLASSES-FMs
MAPMODS
SOUNDS
STD

I cannot run a mission I end up with 3 anomalies:

Mission Fail to Load Null
Aircraft inoperable (just an empty ocean no aircraft)
Aircraft will not respond ie F4U click on plane nothing happens oh and i deleted .lastquick nothing new on that either.

Hmmm RAF pilots show up on all listed planes w/o issue.
No new Italian or French Pilots show at all however no game crashes and mission starts up with game provided pilots.
US Pilots is an absolute mess multiple errors omission or non aircraft selection.

If this is not possible just let me know, no problem.

I now can see the new pilots pre mission for the SBD but the mission will not start, Any ideas?






Still cannot even select any option to start a mission with an F6 or F4U
