Needing the sfs files for the 4.13 maps

I show the post with intructions on how to add the 4.13 maps to 4.12, but i cant find a link that would allow me to download the 4.13 patch, so I was hoping a kind soul would post a download link for sfs files im looking for. Which are  fb_3do27.sfs fb_maps21.sfs. any help would be greatly appreciated
