Actually I noted the same issue when I tried to overwrite the original H-20 with the one Mick provided, but the (stock) BAT 4.2.1 He-111H-20 looks quite good without any modifications.  It was probably added as an update at some point, but of course the pilot and gunners / bombardier don't compare with those Ranwers has given us. 

If you're still having trouble with a headless pilot just let me know and I'll upload the 3do/Planes/He-111H-20 package.

... OK guys, this is the last (I really hope !) He-111 folder, with lateral new gunner (+ Mask) ...

This folder contains the He-111 H6 and H20 (my 4.09 versions) + the necessary TEXTURES folder.

Replace whichever version you downloaded before, with this one ...

I can't fix the ho head phenomenon.

Since my He-111H-20's chief pilot has no head, I can't fight the enemy plane with body alone...

... OK, guys, since I complained to my friend Epervier about the H-20 MGs rather looking like American M50s, at least in my game, instead of Luftwaffe MG131s, he fixed this bug in less time it takes a French athlete to be eliminated from the Olympics ... 

I still have white lateral MGs, at least with the skin I used, so if Epervier fixes that too, I'll release a new 3D H-20 folder ...

... sorry, Stanislao, I forgot to tell where to put the unzipped folder ... 

Well, unless you have other H-6 and/or H-20 folders that load before Ranwers Luft folder in your Mods folder (or whatever the name), you can put this folder in Ranwers' Luft folder, in that case you won't even need to copy/paste the "TEXTURES" folder, since you already have it ... 

Personnaly, I put each new plane folder in my original H-6 and H-20 folders.

... OK, my friend and modding teacher, Epervier, just fixed the white MGs bug too, and now, whichever skin is used, you'll get black lateral MGs ... 

So now I only need to edit the H-20 folder and then upload it at Mediafire and post the link in a few minutes ...

I made a separate folder because there was also a texture file when Mick uploaded files.

I thought it was a little bit different from the textures folder in Ranwers's.

But in fact Mick's texture file was the same thing as the texture file in the Ranwers's folder.

So I didn't have to make it anywhere else and just put it in the pilot folder of Ranwers was enough.

Now I adjusted the folders like that and deleted unnecessary folders.
