Dimon's Hurricanes and Spitfires revamped v.1.22
« on: September 28, 2022, 08:52:23 AM »

"not another Spitfire 'n Hurricane Club" presents

As the title says, a fix of both Mods to allow use in BAT
without conflicts.

absolutely not my work, but here all-in-one prepped for BAT.
I just did clean up and prepping Templates.

Furthermore at Hurricanes it'll see expansions to up
13 Slots or more, dunno. Starting with a Mk.IIa until Mk.IV, Sea Hurricanes as well.
Still a heck of work ahead, weapons configuration, code,....
This is based on my early Beta, but far more expanded, fixed.

Screenshots of Cockpit state, Mk.IIb Tropical, Malta Mk.IIC Field Mod, Mk.IV,
additional Ranwers New Pilots Files

First release (this Weekend) in the row will be the Spitfire Vb/VbTrop, together with a Template and example Skins.

This Post is under construction, WIP, atm. I have no mood...  :P

And fruitful work.
I know, I know it is very laborious,time-consuming and difficult work.

No worries,
it's all in the sack safe. currently doing Weapon codes testings.
Still ahead moving to BAT cod system. and and and...

The Mk.IV here is a Java biatch, B with itch. Really hardcore.
Their Gunpod and Racks Java is very neat to be recreated.
small success, the Pods show up, working, Racks and Bombs, Rox are fine.
Now I fight a Hook glitch, that prevents perfect condition

Sea Hurries looking fine so far, Hooks working.

Stay tuna

Best wishes

Project not another silly Mod continues with latest News

created two Testbed Slots for the Mk.IV, one based on the SAS Hurricane implementation,
a 2nd uses a different Rack/Java code call System.
As well as plain cod integration Tests.
Both successfull.

changes in these new rack/Java System:
3xHVAR Rocket Racks per Wing and Bombracks not always showing, just when Loadout calls (Weapon Menu/ingame).

The Mk.IV here will be prepped with the SAS Hurricane weapon/Java we are familiar with.
The newer System will be fitted to Mk.IIC Sea Hurricane exclusively here

Next step on already created Slots, moving all to BAT internal cod System, prepping final Loadouts.

The following versions have been amended, layed out to the Altar of Hawker "not another" Hurricane

Mk.V
Russian Field Mod No Filter (Default)
Russian Field Mod Vokes Filter
Russian Field Mod Handmade Filter
Russian Field Mod "Special" No Filter (78.IAP Ace Snr. Ltn. Alexey Dizheskiy's heavy Prank)

old Versions

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,51062.0.html
https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=58546.0

At these we use up PA_Jeronimo's superb Filter creation for our first Domestic Filter Hurrie that will be
mapped to the new Hurricane Textures. Furthermore the MK.V needs a propeller
retexture, the Russian Field Mods proper ShvaK Cannon Tubes fitted.
That I will try to tackle my own, as a challenge. Don't expect it too soon.

At Final FM I have no clue our current old Hurries Flightmodel is fitting or not.
CoG and general acceptance, I dunno, clueless.
Here when the project is ready, it could need assisstance from a FM Guru to take over.

That's it for latest News

Well ... the further into the woods you go the more trees you see.
Today you don't know what you will know tomorrow ... or next week.

Yupp, yupp,
slowly comes sth., building up the basics of the VVS Hurries,

I'll use Dimons IL-2 M Rocket Racks here, but in a modified version to suit the Hurricane Setting.
First tests with a Barrel for the Shvak, at this and definite layout there's plenty work,
same as to the Filter and Mapping.

The Templates and editing, will be the biggest work off all.
Basicly I have 1 Warthunder Template to start with.
7 I'll have to recreate myself.

Tomorrow I'll ship the 2 new Spitfires to start with...

Stay tuna

Just installed them in my vp_modpack; all fine, enjoying the great details in both planes. Great job you're doing Tobias! 8)
