FMB target ring for screenshots

Do you occasionally take screenies through the FMB? Wish that you could have that neon colored thing disappear for a 'clean' image? Now you can!

On the left is the target's appearance as normal for longer view distances. On the right I have pulled the view in just a tad more, crossing the distance threshold for the nearest LOD, whereupon an invisible ring is 'drawn.'
