BAT 4.2 planes and loadouts missing

What looked to be a successful install of the latest BAT version turns up some missing features.
The Splashscreen reads 4.2 Flashpoint but
I checked against the list and 2 things I've spotted from WAW are the AR234C has no V1 loadout
and the other I noticed is a missing XP67 on that list and I'm sure the rest if I continued looking. 
Any idea what's happening or what I did wrong?
