Hi!

I have build a new series of countries for WWI and the relative historical units (more than 1800 new units)....

The alpha tester reported that the work is good but limiting the mod only to the specific content give game errors when loading previous missions and campaign....

I have take a look at all what we have in BAT and what Aviaskins DGen Pack 3 have too and I think that I could merge all without too much issues....

I'll also build specific settings for each BAT module and for Aviaskins organization....

Is it possible to add the Russian Empire - on the "blue" side?
It will open the possibility of the Civil War (Reds vs Whites) campaigns in DOF and alt-historical stuff in other modules.

I'm thinking to add something about Russian Revolution because there was alot of side actions in Poland , Ukraine , Finland and the Baltic Republics....but there are also a lot of faction that belong to the same countries but fighting against in opposite factions....they are in a revolution and civil war indeed....

But I don't think to add a blue Russian Empire because it collapsed in 1918....and was replaced by a Russian Provisional Government....

I'm thinking to add White Russia and Russia Revolutionary....but I need some times to look better the historical timeline and sources....and build the correct factions....

You are right, the Empire has disappeared, it was just the most simple "cheat", in my opinion

RED
For 1918-1922 - Soviet Russia (red in the game and Red in history) is a proper and common name. It's easier than abbreviations such as RSFSR or else, there were several of them in the short period.
Since 1923 - USSR.
Other numerous Red/pro-Communist factions are not important, probably, since they hardly had any aviation or have been just Soviet Russia's proxies.

BLUE
1917 Mar to Nov - Russian Republic or Russian Provisional Government.
1918-1922 - several "White" governments, proto-states and armed forces in different regions. Probably, White Army is the most simple name for the game to identify all of them.
Then there were new independent states with some aviation, but probably all included in your list already. Central Asia is a grey area but the air war there was one-sided (by Red Army).

Don't hesitate to ask if you need advice on anything related to that period and that region.

I'm not sure that proper "order of battle" can be found... but let me check.

1917 Mar to Nov - Russian Republic or Russian Provisional Government.

I'm not sure that would work. The Russian Provisional Government was very much still fighting against the Germans (which as far as I know are the blue side in the game).
