IL-2 Selector.exe, and il-2.exe stopped working

For no reason I'm aware of, the exes above no longer start F:\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946-4.12.2m ModAct5.3-UP3.
 The following notices appear.

IL-2 Selector.exe: "The system cannot find the file specified."

il2.exe: "Application Error"
           "Application was unable to start correctly(OXOOOO142)"

I'd like to include my intlog.lst, but I don't know how.
