cannot save missions with whiltecat hawaii

Works fine for me, but I am using BAT. CUP is long obsolete. You are probably missing some objects that the map needs; this will prevent you from being able to save. Your log.lst file will tell you what objects you need.

yer im having to use cup as it seems   while bat was working  before in df online mode (we had no issues with it online anyways)
it no longer does as i understand soe posts indicate the script allowing it was removed so thos of us wishing to use df mode are stuck with cup
as for the missing  objects programe i tried that  and it basicly did not work lol
unless im misisng something with it
i located the  file as indicated and ran it but nothign  came up  with a list of things missing
or am i reading it wrong?

ok  1 step further lol it produced a page this time  with th epath to static ini
and i clicked on the tab create and it created a list of objects
but i see nothing inthe instructions how to run a comparison to find ut whats misisng our dubled up nayione know how to use this program plz?

i direct it to the std  folder and to the list (static.ini etc )
but says this is not a file of type actors.static and i cannot find that  file anywhere on  my system
so easiest way is to redownload from somehwre or someone that map  assuming the sfs file holding thta map also holds the objects for it i need? clutching at straws i know but im  up against a dead end

seems if yu dl il21946 4.13 onwards and back grade to 12,2 it wont work with certai  whitecap maps
i had to dl a 4.10 stock n start patching up to 4/12 to get it to work

I think is always preferable to do the regular patch-up rather than the downgrade from 4.13 that should be seen as a last resort process

that dint work either  ive tried it all now white cat hawaii just wont save
so i haved to assume th ecup downloads have a file thats corrupted or something

I tried to find out the actors static of this map that is actually quite an old one as  whitecat retextured a map originating from the AAA days. Just having a look at the thread I noticed that several people had problems in saving missions in this map so I tracked the original post from Saburo Sakai (a popular name in those days) at AAA. Unfortunately the downloads are not available however in the post there are some hints on objects you may need

Infantry mod by ??? ( the original one)
DLV infantry mod
ToW objects pack (Created in ui1.1 and may cause issues)
TElmo objects
Cal tarmac plates mod

As cup had a large collection of objects the most likely culprit could be some missing soldier from the infantry mod and the Cal tarmac plates

I have inserted a link to the actors.static from Saburo Sakai/Pt72 Hawaii map download that I found in my collection I was also able to trace the objects download so in case we can find the missing ones.
