For BAT users this plane will work straight out of the zip, just look under ***Prop_Combat_Heavies_NATO. However if you wish to use the Zero Length launchers, submarines, recovery vehicles, etc you will need to edit some of your .ini & .properties files. REMEMBER to back up your original files before making any changes.

Good for 4.12 with ModAct5.3 as well and again back up your .ini & .properties files before making any changes.

For BAT users there is a nine sortie mission pack which can be found in Single Missions - Single - USAF - RP-54E_for_BAT.

A swiss army knife of a mod, so bound to be issues.

A few things to emerge from my playtesting:

1. The Hellfire needs direct line of sight to target, so if the target is in a crowded location such as a village, I found the best approach is to climb to about 5,000 feet and then shallow or steep dive (depending upon topography) on the target.

2. The zero length launch is very powerful, you do not need full throttle at takeoff. The submarine launch in particular goes almost vertical at 100%, and can be difficult to handle. I found 20-40% takeoff throttle is about right - just go to 100% when the rocket detaches.

3. The real life Hellfire is not designed to attack ships, and it will not destroy large vessels. Coastal steamers and patrol boats, though, watch out!
