   Just happened today. I have main game plus a backup and an experiment one.  None now work
 
when i run the startup debugger, console 2>&1 | tee startuplog.txt  there are no entries in startuplog.txt

Accidentally enabled data execution prevention?
Just a wild guess.
We have no useful information, therefore our support options are very limited.

Let me look into that.  Of course it must be Windows 10 or AV or something because it does launch any of them.
..and of course no log files

FIXED   

So it was with help of Windows event logs and what looked like jvm.dll error to be the problem.   Looked up the jvm.dll on this forum here and found the possible fix was setting Data Execution Prevention (DEP) just for Windows and other authorized programs.


Now I didnt change that so Windows must have.
