Missing Missouri class,Cub,And Lancaster

I know its pretty common to hear this but
im currently using Bat 4.0 and i kinda have no plans in getting it up to 4.1 let alone 4.2 and beyond (curse you potato pc)
though i could really use some help in getting my hands on the Lancaster and Missouri class ships that for some reason just dissapear in the QMB and FMB
any form of help would be really appreciated
