Tweaking the illumination source attending aircraft fires
« on: September 07, 2023, 09:43:15 AM »

One of the effects we enjoy is the placement of illumination sources (called a lightpointactor) with certain fires. In the early days such illumination, including gun muzzle fire, bomb bursts, etc., was made both intense and of a lemon yellow hue. Over time things have got toned down and of a better color. Plane fire illumination sources currently are, in my estimation, a bit weak, as well as a bit on the yellow side. I've made the color a more orange-ish hue and I've boosted the intensity (actually, increased the range of illumination). Here's an example.
