Joystick axis dont work, but buttons do

Suddenly, my IL-2 no longer sees my joystick axis.   The button mappings all seem to work fine, but X, Y, Z and Throttle axis on my Thrustmaster T-Flight simply dont show up anywhere. 

I have a number of peripherals, I seem to remember something about that being an issue??

Ive tried removing all peripherals except the T-flight, but didnt solve the issue.

Did you go in the game to the Input screen to see if it sees the Joystick there?
Also try the Refresh button there, for some reason i have to go in there everytime to get it to properly regonize my stick.
