The limitations are obvious. I will show you why, TBF gunsight is a Holo Gunsight,
Half is sticking through Front Window. See how cramped the Instrumentspanel top is at the line
of sight. We are not talking about Center, where such is possible,
at the line of Sights, all protrude and can be rendered literally fictional.
If you look closely, I can't even add a Ring and Bead sight, as the Ring would stick out too.

I wrapped my head around it. Even re-read Black Cats and these Guns (USN, RCAF Canso Reports= late Canso 4x.303 factory equipped),
no mentioning of Gunsights again. Even in Pilots Memory, WW2 live footage from the Cockpit of a Guned Black Cat, no aim Mark. Not sth. painted, not a Sight.

The WW2 Movie explained a Mission in Detail. Check it out and see yourself.

It was just a question. If it is historically correct to not have a gunsight, then we will have to do without. After all, the real pilots did it without... so why would we have one in our sim ???

I can add them all as a seperate Download, it's a no boner, why spoil fun.
Just that I'll be off working for two days,
if you can afford to wait. Must cut fiddling, to catch sleep.

I wish to integrate the Loadout for the Gunned Black Cats, like in the movie reel shown before uploading the new stuff.

The K-14 can work on a PBY if discarded the green mounting Box and instead
jolted nicely to a Steel plate, moved at a degree I found, a bit towards Pilot,
it doesn't obscores Instrument underneath. It nicely alligns with the
swiwwel. Thus possible. Not touching Front shield in this Position.

Will be the final release, Loadouts are revised, if we need to Fix sth. it'll be fixed.
but integration stops. It's in a good shape, at such I envisioned them.

Have a good night
Tobias

That's nice from you. But personnally, if it is not historically correct, I will not use gunsights. After all, guns were mounted on the Cats for strafing, not to shoot down enemy fighters in flight... and strafing does not really need precision.

I'm back at the desk, have a few Days with spare freetime.

Loadout consolidation, direly needed. This a Hook count +80, massive.
I'm hunting doubled, glitchy Looadouts (wrong hanging, Triggers selected).
Nothing critical, just immersion features.

For variety purposes I added stock Mk12 and Mk13 Torpedo versions too.
Since we have the luxury to chose from both systems implemented.

Finally a few RCAF/Canso Loadouts that I missed are layed up. Proctor/Depthcharge combinations (US/UK).

The Update will not get out Today, I'm about to go shopping and enjoy a stay in a Café.

Thanks for the patience and support

See ya soon
Tobias

Alright, Version 1.2.3 is out.

Crispy fixing, additions.
A slight warning at mixed Loadouts. Definitely check out the Trigger Manual:
i.e. 2 is for rockets/3 is for Bombs

Bombs/Depthcharges + Torpedos (3+2)
Bombs/Depthcharges + Pyrotechnics (3+2)
Torpedos + Pyrotechnics (2+3)

This is to setup immersion in gameplay to have these seperated,
over the usual Trigger 3 and Bombhook count lapse in sequence dropping.
That's the ingame limitation, at least 2 Triggers possible.
I did Trials for more, but it's too crispy.

Hope you like it
