If changelog were to list all changes, then you would need to read a dozen pages long list
It just highlights a few the most important changes from the company perspective.

Gave it a quick try after coming home, seems to work indeed. Hardwareshaders stay at 1 and graphic is looking good.

OpenGL support with RX 7000 series cards on IL-2 is still an open issue, therefore the only valid answer from this forum can be NVIDIA, by all means.

IL-2 issue on AMD GPU's is fixed with the next driver release (within a week or so). It adds "Perfect" mode back to options and fixes clouds corruption.
The issue was that game queries for GL_ATI_fragment_shader extension, but actually uses a different extensions for shaders.
Just make sure the exe name is il2fb.exe

I give it at try as soon as i can (busy moving) and try to tweak the conf.ini and AMD setting.
