Oh~~

I've confirmed that Stanislao's 2048 skins work well for this 'AU-1(USA)' on BAT, regardless of whether the default skin is applied correctly.

Many thank you for the help from the mod masters !!

Well Gunny you can use any of the custom skins that fit to change the wrong default skin in the AU-1

There are 2 ways to get all Late Corsairs (different 3-D versions) to get to work in BAT,

1.
User way of fiddling a parasite Mod to sit on existing Slots (most common use with the Mods published),
a crude way of implementation, as all Mods use one or another base, which Java/loadouts, whatever else may not suit.

2.
Modders way is to create independent Slots and cods for it to sit tightly, that way Pylon, Loadout Glitches, Pilot Defects, Cockpit scheiße Glitches can be cured.
This enables Java Fixes necessary in some versions, alligning of Weapons for seperate Modules.
Absolutely necessary, if you wanna use in BAT.

Best wishes
Tobias

On 4.12.2m, BAT 4.1_JTW, everything works perfectly including default skin... ;D

Thank you for showing a lot of interest !!

Hey Gunny, tinkering with WW1 birds and I am struggling to find the German crew you are using...where did you get those?
Thanks!

It is a WWII pilot. It already exists in the texture folder of Luftwaffe pilots in the 3Dfix section.

I'm just using it because the image of the pilot wearing goggles and a leather jacket suits WWI's pilot.

Therefore, the pilots I use are actually unfit for the times.

PS 1) If you ask me to share it, I can't share it. Because if I do, a lot of historical fact-seeking modders will accuse me of being a prankster.
    2) As far as I know, the only WWI 3D pilot currently released is the pilot on board Barnesy's Pfalz DIII on the FreeIL2Modding site.

Thank you.
