As the title suggests guys, I've searched here but got the no subject exists. Google just flung back old YouTube videos with no explanations.

I had a break from BAT for a few years and have just returned to find the community still going strong.

I would like to run BAT in 5760 x 1080 thru my 3060ti. I've tried all sorts of config file combos but I'm just stabbing in the dark.

I'm hoping that someone with more knowledge than I can answer the question definitively and possibly tell me how to achieve it, if in fact it's possible 🤔

Thanks for taking the time to read this post. Apologies if this has been asked before but I genuinely cannot find it on this forum.

Regards

I never had triple screen but, if your Windows is properly configured to use your 3 screens as one you can try to edit conf.ini file and change following items to have something like this:

[window]
width=5760
height=1080
ChangeScreenRes=1
EnableResize=0
SaveAspect=0

And the most important
Use3Renders=1 that allows the use of multiple screens

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Nividia surround is set up and working on 5760 x1080.
Windows spans correctly across all three 42" TV's
Other titles work fine at this resolution.

Already tried the .conf you mentioned no joy. But appreciate your suggestion. I could do with somebody who runs on 3 monitors, who might have the answer.

On an old installation I had a wide screen mod. I found it again and tested it quickly with bat. It doesn't seem to cause any problems, but will it solve your problem?
There's not much risk in trying it out.
Stick the mod in the \Batmods folder and activate it with jsgme.
I'll put it here.

This is your best bet. I've never used three screens, but many have in the past, without resorting to a mod. I'd wait til somebody who actually knows what he's talking about posts a reply.

wide screen mod is needed only for version 4.09 and 4.10 from 4.12 onward wide screen support is incorporated. It is definitely possible to use three monitors and this is why there is an entry in conf.ini

Thanks all, tried the mod but it didn't work which was explained by Frankiek.

I sat for an hour scratching my head, and after much thought went to work trying all the Nvidia Surround resolution options until I hit upon ...4863 x 1080 @ 60hz. (Custom res .. no idea why this worked)

Altered the config file to match and hey presto triple Screens. It's not brilliant but the scale and FOV seem good and the immersion is way better than 1920 x 1080.Single Screen.
Frame rates are in the 100 + range and no stutters. Menu and GUI are a bit challenging but workable. ( due to the bezel kit )

I use track IR5 and that makes smooth transitions of view.

Overall the result is very pleasing.

Thanks to all for your help. Piggy
