Found a pack of three early Chaika variants on aviaskins. com, see:

The first post has the download link for the planepack, the second for the skinpack. There is even a link for a mini-campaign for these early birds, from what I gather it's a testpilot "campaign". It's probably in Russian though, haven't downloaded it yet.
There seems to be a discrepancy in the weapons_ru text for the I-153 Early, though. The published text on aviaskins shows nine entries, but when I tried the plane before adding its weapons_ru entry, I only got six lines; adding the aviaskins entry also gave only six. I have therefore made a new set of entries for the planes, posted below, which I think are correct- everything works so far, anyway (apart from the I-153_Early weapons_ru entry, the only changes have been traslating the Cyrillic):
