This could be a serious problem that reveals the level of 1946.

But who's going to be interested in this ?

Maybe our friend Mick can solve it, but he's not interested in WWI, so that's also a problem... ::(

... I know, Gunny, my friend captainChaos sent me all the Nieuport planes, but since I don't add missing shadows with a 3D prog, but I use the copy/paste/edit method and can only check the result with MeshViewer ... which is very time consuming and boring ...  :-X

... so before doing the other Nieuport, I wanted to be sure that this 17 works OK ...  ;)

Many THX for testing and confirming this, I'll finish the rest of them probably this WE ...  ;)

... well, luckily all Nieuport versions are more or less the same regarding their 3D, so I could clone them, and thus save quite a lot of time and hassle ...  8)

Tested:

Nieuport 17 and 23 are ok

Nieuport 17a and 21 have the cowling gun belt and expended case still showing while they should have only the top wing gun....cowling gun is correctly not shown....

Nieuport 17b have only top wing gun working while cowling one is inactive....both guns are correctly showing

Not sure if was forgotten or not the missing Nieuport 21 DUKS....

... sorry but all the issues that you are talking about are 3D related ...  :-X

... and I have nothing to do with the 3D, I only added the shadows to the mesh files, where needed ...  ;)

If there are unnecessary objects, like a MG here or there, try deleting its mesh file in the hier.him, look for Gun_D0 or Gun1_D0 ...  ;)

Just because maybe I fucked up while cloning certain mesh files too fast, and taking in account Whiskey_Sierra's feedback, I did the 17a and 21 shadows again, (only the CF_D0.msh and Gun_D0.msh), but this time right from the original planes that captainChaos sent me ...  ;)

So after unzipping, you'll get only 2 files for the 17a and 21, replace the ones you have with these ones and please report back ...  ;)
