Martinsyde Buzzards
« on: June 27, 2024, 08:30:57 AM »

Here are a couple of Martinsyde Buzzards for Jir's plane, that is now in BAT TGA

There is a typo in the naming throughout BAT - the y and i are switched! This typo came copy-paste with Jir's original mod... sorry about not catching it. Don't get confused, if you want you can easily correct it in the planes.properties (or wait for the next update when I will do it)

Anyway, the Buzzard was flying in the RAF in the early 1920s. The original purchase darted from the last months of WW1. But it was sold abroad later, mostly former RAF planes.

Among the customers were Belgium

Latvia

Republican Spain Navy

and the VVS even, who operated up to 100, some license produced.

Finland operated 15, which were retired as late as 1940.

I also included a green and grey blank skin.

enjoy
