Fixed: WAW Crashing at 70% Loaded

Just now installed BAT 4.2.3 and with the WAW it launches but crashes to desktop at 70% loaded.

JTW TGA DOF all load and I can fly play them no problem.

It is only WAW that CTDs.

I can't remember where the log file is to post here for errors.

The log file is in the game's root folder, called "log.lst".

My log.lst file is too large to view in notepad...

I tried other programs but it wouldn't open either, I think I had this problem with it being too large before.

Well. You have an object listed in some ini (hint: stationary) where you don't have the java files for.
It's there, written in plain text.

So, that means, you have modded something out of your BAT.  To achieve this CTD, you must actively delete that class from a BAT folder.

I suppose you did a thing somehow.

I've never modded anything, I wouldn't even know where the object file would be at.

I don't have a program to read any of the files accept for what can be read on notepad.  I've only ever added 2 mods to my #WAW folder which I removed weeks before, a drop tank added to a P-39D-2, and the NFighters mod.

I do see NFighters mod in the #JTW3 folder though, is it supposed to be there?

I play WAW nearly every day, and this is the first it happened right after my first time I started the game after updating to 4.2.3.

These are the folders in my #WAW folder:

... and then a text document called:

I've never used any other mods with BAT at all for any BAT version, accept the 2 I had that I removed weeks ago.

so maybe it is just a corrupted file during the update to 4.2.3 or just a wrong install.

No.
The classfile is missing, not the ini.

Files do not delete themselves. The update has not the ability to delete either. So it is something that happened on your end.

You could copy over the missing class from a backup.
