Hey all--been a while since I've posted here, but thought I'd throw this out here. I updated my BAT to 4.2.3 recently, and in terms of loading, things seemed fine, and for the first few days they were. However, when I got into flying recently, I noticed the enemy (and friendly) AI seemed to be somewhat broken. For one, my flight would not break or otherwise engage enemies even when actively being shot at; they remained either glued to my tail or flying along a specific flight path. This also holds true for other flights--I'd watch a plane that is currently on the tail of someone else in a dogfight suddenly stop, level out, and just start cruising, only slowly evading if they were shot at. To the untrained eye, it looks like they all of a sudden switch to the bomber AI, but I'm not all too knowledgeable on the inner workings of the game and I don't even know if that's a thing that can happen. I've tested this in WAW and JTW QMB on multiple different maps, and it's happening in both. Either way, it's putting a bit of a hamper on me playing the game, so if I'm missing something really simple that could fix this, of if there's an actual issue here, I would greatly appreciate some help here (and apologies if the answer is simple and I just end up wasting people's time).
As a side note, I didn't know if anything extra needed to be added to the post (there are no errors or CTD so I was unsure if the log file would be helpful) but if there is any extra info or sections of the logfile you all need, I'd be happy to oblige. Thanks!
