Maps not loading is usually a case of a missing texture or multiple textures.

Try command Shift Tab, you will see white text on pale blue screen the missing texture, one by one.

Hello,
This is how it looks in my BAT Install!
When in doubt, remove all installed Folders of this map, check again the all.ini entries and put again a new "dlv_Philippines41_45" and the "Phili" Textures Folder into the
respective BAT Folder.

Do I just open the all.ini text file and enter in the lines where you did, or do I need a special editor program to edit the .ini file?

The first time I put the lines under "Asia" and not "Pacific" where you have it.

The second column text's spacing didn't line up with the second column in the file and had to space them out manually to fit.

Do I need to install the "Marshall Islands Buildings" folder for BAT, in the instructions it seems to say thats for another mod?

No you don't on all accounts.
And it will be in the upcoming update anyway if you feel unsure.

Back in the day I divided Pacific and Asia in the general manner that I sorted continental and large countries on the western pacific rim into "Asia" and all the islands and smaller stuff into "Pacific". Exceptions may prove the rule, but that's the general idea. So Philippines falls into Asia in my mind.

No, its already included in BAT! Only for the "not BAT" users, like DBW or VP Mod users!

Important is the second entry of a respective row, so you can also write:

Phili41                  dlv_Philippines41_45/load_41.ini
Phili42-44             dlv_Philippines41_45/load_42_44.ini
Phili45                  dlv_Philippines41_45/load_45.ini

And be sure to install the new "Phili" Texture folder of the last update, there are some new files in it.

Changes Final version:

Corrected misplaced Objects on Panay Island.

Added more Parking Areas to the West Lipa Airfields.

I still find misplaced objects on the map like Houses in water and similar!
The map Version remains the Same but i will replace the file of the Download Link in regular Time if i found more of those objects!
I have uploaded the newest File today under the same Link in the first post!
