I wonder if there is a history behind the last Austrian with the flag. I have never seen it before and it might be fictional?

I believe that the author of this Austrian skin, Mr. KOT_commissario, took inspiration from an authentic livery but used on a similar biplane. To a direct question he answered by referring to an image site that unfortunately does not open and therefore I was unable to verify.
