 This is what it looks like in : Yak-7A; Yak-7B; Yak-7BPF.  In Yak-7B_late it is fine.

Negative.
All the Yak-7 look normal in this regard in a clean game. You have a mod installed that causes this.
Probably look for some mod that influences any kind of Yak folder in the 3do/planes. Maybe some "3D makeover mod" from somewhere or something of the sort?
