Slovak invasion of Poland map?

In 1939 Slovakia invaded southern part of Poland, but I could not find any map that came with the proper area. Anyone know of such map? Thanks!

I just remember playing a campaign on this subject and I think (can't remember the details) the missions used the northern part of the Slovakia summer map
