On behalf of our Swiss friend Gaston, captainChaos repainted Ranwers French pilot in order to look like a Swiss pilot, a new face and a much darker flying kit (like Swiss chocolate ...!  )

The D-3800/3801 were a MS.406 built under license in Switzerland.

You need to have both 3800 and 3801 aircraft in your game (which is already the case if you have BAT) ...

Once unzipped, simply put the folder in your WAW folder ...

... well, I know for sure that the Swiss had the E3 version in 1940, and later also had 14 G6 versions, but did they also have other versions of the Bf-109 ...? 

Putting Ranwers French pilot, revamped as a Swiss pilot by captainChaos in any Bf-109 shouldn't be a problem, but then Swiss skins would be needed, and I am by far not a skinner ...

To answer your question, Mick, Switzerland also had some D-version, as you can see here :
