One great hole in the 1946 arsenal is the lack of a Soviet counterpart to the Arado 234. After some quick brainstorming with PvF, slot cloning and fiddling around with the parts of various aircraft, we now have something to fill that hole: a jet-powered Tu-2.

this is a pretty cool concept, there was an actual jet bomber deveplment of the tu 2 called the tu 12 if you wish to take some for it for future reference

I did some tests, I found a small problem with the engine disappearing after it was bullets hit :

Interesting idea, thank you for your work.

Is it 2-engined or 4-engined?
The loadout is very optimistic for the Soviet "1946" 2-engined jet bomber, especially FAB 5000 and 16 RS with max bombload and all cannons. A good reference here is the above-mentioned Tu-12, where the max loadout was 3000 kg and just one 23 mm cannon.
For 5000 kg and many cannons on the Soviet jet, 4 engines would be required as on the (never built) Su-10.

- Fixed engines falling off when damaged
- Fixed excessively shiny engines
