Hello I am having an issue selecting anything but WAW with the IL-2 Selector. I have everything installed and WAW works fine, I even tried to reinstall BAT making sure That I installed the other Eras but still  only WAW is selectable. I looked in the Jet war folders and all the aircraft and files are there. Is there a manual step I am missing?

Yes, and I just re read it. I can use the selector just fine but can only select WaW, SAS MOD ACT and stock game despite reinstalling and making sure I installed all eras and having said content in my folders.

I think because the il2fb.ini file in BAT 4.3 only contains those three options.

Or at least that was the case when I downloaded the just published BAT 4.3.

I don't know why... possible a simple oversight during the assembly of the THING .

You should edit the il2fb.ini to make the other options appear.

Try to replace these lines in the corresponding part of your il2fb.ini (make as ALWAYS a backup first!!)

Thank you it worrked but all but WaW get the 70 percent crash. Oh well I do not feel like reinstalling again and WaW still works. I'll just wait for an offcial update ty for the help.

Please state which B.A.T. versions you installed to get to 4.3.

Sure thing!

Installed 4.0 first.

Then 4.2

Finally then 4.3 with Patch.

Infact is correct...this way you jump all modules but BAT....

DOF , TGA and JTW are installed in 4.1

G'day Sakura

As I and probably others suspected, you by-passed the necessary B.A.T. 4.1.
Don't worry you're not the first.

To rectify I think I'm right in saying install 4.1 on top of what you already have, followed by 4.2 and 4.3.
If it was me I would start with a fresh 4.0 then proceed with 4.1, 4.2 and lastly 4.3.

Hahah oof, thanks for the help. I just followed the instructions on 4.2

You need to have a working, clean BAT v4.0 or v4.1, 4.1.1, 4.1.2 or 4.1.3

BTW quick question should I do a clean install of IL-2? Or what folders do I remove from BAT when I reinstall? The last Time I did a reinstall of bat I reinstalled IL-2 as well.

If all the game types appear on the selector using the above method, go into the selector's 'Change Settings' and raise the 'RAM usage' of all game types to 1024MB

There's no guarantee.
