The skins folder would be: P2V5_Neptune

Whatever the first entry for a plane on the air.ini file, that's the name of the folder you'll need for the skins for it. So just create a new folder in your Skins folder in the game, name it P2V5_Neptune and you should be good to go.

Since this is an older post I would to comment and ask,
 I have the P2V5_Neptune loaded in my game and it works fine , it has B-25 cockpit, does the Neptune have an actual P2V5_Neptune cockpit? if so where can I find it?

no , this version uses the B25 cockpit, it does not have its own.
