Sorry guys for not responding directly, my pc was a mess; lost some important files after having hard disk errors, including the basic files of the Netherlands 1940 map.
I managed to retrieve some files from a backup, but this was already quite a dated version  (the huge map_C/T/H psd file..900 mb + the basic map textures). But stuff like the custom 3d objects etc are gone, so it's quite a bummer.
Not really sure what I'll do now, to start working on it again.. I don't know yet.
Maybe I'll find the motivation and if not, I'll release the map here as it is (with airfields, height, water, textures, unfinished road works and just a few 3d objects). Sorry guys, wish I had better news.

I had this last year, the FMB+ burned my whole system away, fortunatly this was shortly after my first beta release.
But the first period of time when you know that something went badly wrong is hmmmf oO( I will throw this BS out of the window).

I would not start now. Take christmas as a break. Get hungry again, Maybe in the new year you will have the hunger and the
will to do it again.

I have a little problem with the creation of "wadden sea". The screenshot shows a part of the coast between Den Helder and Den Oever / NL. The map_c looks fine but when i go into the FMB I can not see the full "wadden sea" near to the coast. Looks like there are only some boxes with wadden sea. I know the pacific guys are working a lot with this technique. Maybe they know what I have done wrong. The size of the boxes is 1km².

It's possible that what you are seeing is the zones where RGB 31 and RGB 30 are meeting each other. This means that here ocean water (RGB 31 - water with surf) is adjacent to areas of inland/river water (RGB30 - no surf).

The boxes are water with shallows showing through.

If you have an RGB 30 water layer on your map_t, then you should see if it covers the areas with the squares. If not, try using RGB 30 on those areas.

Yes, thats it. I have to use the color for the beach texture in map_t

it does not work with the color for the river texture in map_t

Edit: The only problem is that i have to use the beach coast texture in map_t. There are a lot of regions where there is not much beach coast. And here the shallow water disappears. Looks like I only could work in some regions with this techique :-(

Sorry it has been a while, started working on The Netherlands 1940 map again after losing a previous attempt during a hdd crash,
I've made an alpha version available.

D/loaded, installed in my SAS mod act 3.6 setup, everything fine. The map is impressive, it truly denotes a 'dutch atmosphere', particularly in early morning. I few one of your quick missions (thank you for them too...) redscrambleN0, and I noticed one small unedited patch (greyish with zigzag zones) on the way to the LW airfield. But, as you stated, this is an unfinished map. Thank you for this important addition to the game; carry on with your great work!  8)
