city problem

Hello
I wanted to ask a question about a problem I have is not very nice, turns out that in some small towns maps give me many problems with FPS, an example is the following map to the next town.
MAP=SLOVENSKO CITY=ZVOLENI FPS= 18-26..
The FSP are related to the flight around the city, not on or flying close ..

If someone thinks I would appreciate any solution ;)
