Kawanishi N1K1 Kyofu "REX", by Ranwers

This is of course from the cool frankin Ranwers did some time back. This particular version I found in C6, where someone made a new slot for it, and fixed an armament issue. Also I found a flight model for it which I since long ago have had in our buttons. But it still had a canopy bug, where it opened externally to the wrong side.

So thats when I picked it up and fixed that java.

I hear from Ranwers he is perhaps working on the Rex again, so in the meantime you can enjoy this please. There is already an FM for him in our buttons, but in the next buttons to come out, (1.5) will be an updated FM that Ranwers sent.

Great addition! I had the previous C6 mod and I thought, how eccentric, the canopy opens the other way around!

This is the interim version? Ranwers its great - I've really enjoyed flying it and flying against it too - much livelier than the "Rufe" and the best production seaplane fighter of WW11.

Already seen it, but thanks. 'tis an excellent mod; you may have guessed I like aircraft of this configuration.

Bit of random history for you - one of the (real) boats I'm working on currently used to have the windscreens from (i'm 90% sure) these planes protecting its navigation lights.
