Present to your attention a little tool. It allows you to view and track moving and stationary objects in the game without having to install any static cameras. For example, can be traced as a moving train, car rides, sailing ship in real time in the game. I think it will be useful for the creators of missions and campaigns during the beta test, to see the routes and the correct movements. So as you can view all static objects and watch the game for their actions (unless of course they can it, for example, artillery). So as for the creators of movies opening up new possibilities for choosing the right camera angles, including the move. The mod should work in any version of IL-2.
Installation:
1. Unpack the archive in the pacu MODS.
Usage:
1. In the game the console keys SHIFT + TAB
2. Put in the console strictly observing the letter case view
3. Hit ENTER
4. Get in the console list all the objects that you can see.
5. Consider, select the object.
6. Next, enter in the console view 0_Chief0 and press ENTER. ( 0_Chief0 is chosen object).
7. Obtain the on-screen switches to the selected object.

Sorry for my ignorance Fabianfred but how do you get in the console? I mean what is it? I've put the view mod in my mods folder but i d0n't know what to do next.....

Fabian, when I press shit+tabs all i get is the menu on the upper left hand side of the scree, the one through wich I comunicate with wing men and tower.....

Search into your conf.ini file if you have this string:
[HotKey Console]
Shift Tab=Activate
If not add it , this 'll enable you to go into console screen; use when playing to use this mod!

Hai provato sia in missione che in FMB?

it means that after you type the relative details into the console....eg. view 5_Chief4 then press Enter to enable it...the screen will change to a view of that object.
You then simply cancel the console view by p[ressing shift/tab again and then use your mouse to zoom and pan the view from that object.
If you go to view another thing from a Static camera or plane then the view is lost and must be re-entered to see it again.

jes walter I've tried both in missions and in qmb, I don't know why but I don't get the console to open on the screen when I press shift+tab or ctrl+tab......

A very nice and beautiful mini-mod, thanks Skipper. One query tho', I use 409m, HSFX4.01, no Modcat or Diffm. Might this work without having to modify .rc & other .txt/.sfs etc files?
I understand .ini's somewhat, but not .sfs's, & .prs's etc.
