Another failure of the French Aviation Industry of the Interwar period,  that went to have an hectic operational life against all odds - under Spanish, Rumanian, Bulgarian and...of course French  ;) colors.
This plane slept for a whole year on my hard disk, but only these last weeks I found enough time to make some real modding. :)
The Goertz visor is functional (and even accurate  :D)
This is the K version of the plane (the main one produced) with Gnome and Rhone 14Kirs/Kjrs engines.

This update corrects the mistakes in the hier him, concerning the CAP model, so kindly pointed by Ranwers, and brings new corrected meshes for the damaged props.

You'll need to install these new french bombs to fly this plane:

It may be due to a corrupted archive.
dowload once again the archive and re-install.
For some reasons, in the past couple of months, archives downloaded from mediafire got sometimes corrupted and have caused such a phenomenon.

I would have thought that Bloch would sound the same as Foch (as in maréchal Ferdinand Foch of Great War fame...)... and unless I'm very much mistaken, Foch is not pronounced with a hard 'c' but with a sort of mixture of a 'ch' as in much and an 'sh' as in mush ...

But then again, I've never had an occasion to speak the name Bloch out loud or hear anyone say it either ...

First mistake: you have a problem with the file or with the tga file associated.

Plane: Parameter [GL32]:<Class> not found
Problem in spawn: com.maddox.il2.objects.vehicles.planes.Parasol2Static$GL32

And others...
You use multiple packs SSP.
But have you enabled airplanes?
Remember the restriction of use of SSP:
Remember to remove the lines in stationary.ini and technics.ini if you turn off the airplane!

Correct these errors ... we will see more clearly!

According to your log, that crash is due to a sound problem (inflight music) but Epervier pointed rightly that you have quite a number of installation errors - the game does not find classes, materials or weapons at expected locations for teh following planes:

Interesting also to hear an explanation for Marcel Bloch's name change to Dassault.
I always wondered about that.

He wanted to take the design and manufacture of aircraft worldwide.
To avoid anti-Semitism still possible in some countries leaving the WWII war he preferred to keep his new name.
1946 = Marcel Bloch-Dassault - 1949 = Marcel Dassault - 1950 = converted to Roman Catholicism.
It was a commercial purpose and the future proved him right ...
In another area to encourage some countries to buy his plane (Mystère-10/20/50) he changed the name the Americans do not like to name "Falcon".

I recorded some issues after installing the plane correctly:

I tested it on: UP 3 RC 4

and: DBW 1.71 without Modact

the issues are the same:

I cannot open the "airplane-setting screen", as there would be no Bloch MB 210, although its name appears.

I did it, as you can see, i did it already for the former lofgile.

But is not possible for me to post the dbw logfile. No insert code workes anymore. I tried it with an new posting. But it doesnt work.

Did you install the Lewis gun class file?

Dear Dreamk, many thanks for your wonderful work and for the amount of the models that you have proposed,  ... at the cost of sound excessive ...   I have  memory of a wonderful model Savoia Marchetti 81 whose images you have published a year ago .. without nothing detracting from the nice model of Gio693tto ... it would be great to have even your own, maybe we could cover with a lot of skins ... thanks in any case.

Hi mate!

A huge thanks for this great plane!

Now our SCW skies are full of target!

I have briefly tested this new bird and I find it more easy to shot down than the Potez 540 , about at more realistic level , also I discovered that upper gunner continue to shoot even after killed and belly gunner don't shoot at all (or the muzzle flash and trails are missing) , unsure if the not shooting gunner is true also for frontal gunner as no near front passage was done by enemy fighters and in the distant one I have noticed no shoots from it.

Hope to have reported useful information....

All gunners do shoot - in right conditions - attack angles of teh AI planes - so the frontal gunner shoots quite unoften, the belly gunner only above a given altitude and the dorsal gunner the most often. I'll check the issue of the upper gunner going on shooting after he's killed - you mean after a message "upper gunner killed" or after seing him killed (D1 mesh instead of D0 mesh)?

I always loved this odd looking ugly French planes.  :-[
Actually, Potez-540 was the imprescindible one for the first year of SCW (Update of your amazing SCW campaigns Poltava?)
MB-210 had that weird 30's French design, but in my opinion was kind of cool. Unfairly nicknamed flying coffin (its shape probably inspired it), it suffered more from lack of spare parts than from shooting downs. Only its small numbers in SCW determined its obscure and not well known rol.

flying coffin was a justified appellation - and not a simple legend - the plane was underpowered and take off were more than simply risky, causing a number of lethal accidents in the French Air Force.

Very sad that this plane is only for 4.10

I´ll test it under HSFX but got a 30% crash in the QMB.(delete the .last quik doesn´t help)

1 - Have you seen an indication indicating its compatibility with the Mod HSFX6?

2 - You have a problem at 20, 30, 60, 70% ... other ?

1.Yes I can read. ;) Yes I already know that the MB-210 is indicated as a 4.10 Plane (I only post that I think it is sad that this Plane is not for 4.11. So,no need to worry.

2.I can´t use the Instant Log File Output. I get a 70% crash with it.(maybe a conflict in my installation)

3.Have you read your own link? "dumpti" has another Game version (DBW in this case) and a different Loading error:In his case,it´s the "mission loading 0 error", and yes of course,I put all the updates in the MB-120 folder before I start my IL-2.

I already know that some Planes work in HSFX and some others not. No problem here.

The World can be a wouderfull place if we gave respect to each other. Hmm?  ;)

The 4.09 probably works with HSFX 6, as is the case with the Potez-540. However, considering that the Br-20 and early He-111 packs and their 4.09 conversions don't work, I don't know. Either way, you should test the 4.09 version before you give up on having the MB-210 in your game.

HSFX6 compatibility is always problematic - 409 versions will work with 411 modded, and even 410 versions will work with 411moded just by changing the 410 FM file(s) with the 409 FM file (s). But with HDFX6 there are strange problems - either "memory errors" or stranger things - I had a wip mod working quite fine in 410 and 409. When testing it in HSFX6.... surprize: the plane bounced on the landing strip, as if there was a huge problem of CoG. I manipulated the xyz coordonates of the CF_D0, and by changing the value of the x coordonate, the bouncing stopped (something already unusual, generally bouncing is relted to y coordonate problems). But when I restored the original values of the x coordonate, teh plane remained stable, no bouncing. I suspected a "remain in memory bug", so I exited HSFX6, rebooted the PC, loaded once again HSFX6 - no bouncing!  well... HSFX6.....

I'm french so I know Marcel Bloch name, but...anybody thinks about Robert Bloch, the writer of Psycho, the basis for the film by Alfred Hitchcock ?  ;)

Hi,
I am using 4.12.2 + HSFX 7.03. [Yes I know it is only specified for  4.10] I have edited the relevant text files and (I think!) placed the other files and folders in the right places.
I have the lewis guns installed and all the loadouts and the 3D plane show properly in the QMB.
When set to AI the plane appears to work correctly.
When set as my plane, the mission stalls at 29/30%. I will try and post a log file.
