Title: Ki-46 Dinah Cockpits

This has bothered guys like Bee and I for a while (he posted the request here), the placeholder P38 cockpits from the AAA mod was not really good, and the Raided cockpits from the HSFX pack was much better, but could still be improved, and missed a model.

This is the result of my long time tinkering with this. It uses the cockpit of the Ki84 as base, since it is close-ish in shape of the windshield, and it is a very versatile 3d model.

I altered it a bit to make it a little more immersive, but this is in no way a historical cockpit.

I also got the reticle for the upward firing gun working, but it has to be in wide view.

So, this is just another placeholder, but I hope you can find enjoyment from it. I certainly enjoy flying these planes, they are beautiful. I recommend with this you download and use the SAS default Japanese Skins mod also.

Download New Dinah Cockpits from SAS (https://storebror.it.cx/sas/archive/sasdl/cockpits/DinaH_Cockpits_New_CirX.7z)

I think you've done an excellent job CirX.  Perhaps the distinctive control column might even be worth adding later on.

Thanks a million.  That P-38 cockpit was killing me.   ;)

This cockpit mod is really fantastic and it gives a real fight feeling like you were in 1944 or such year.

I Really love it very much.

Btw I've shot down 4 US B29 with that new "crosshair" for upward firing gun...
it was piece of cake to aim it with such good MOD  :D  :P

Really appreciate that nice and superb work. Big THX for all.

Wow CirX!! I just discovered this cockpit, ALWAYS bothered me the P38 placeholder!!! You say it's not historical, but, jeez, it's far more immersive!! love to chase B29's with the Dinah over my Kyushu repaint but this is really the cherry on the top!! :)
