Title: A-26 Fire Eaters

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the first skinpack done with Texx's new A-26B Invader Template: The Fire Eaters skinpack. The Fire Eaters were a fictional fire bomber unit in the 1989 movie Always. The unit had 2 A-26C Invaders, a PBY-5a Catalina (Skin yet to come, Can't believe we don't have a 5a mod), and a C-119 Boxcar. There is no link yet because I want to paint the cowl flaps blue, but can't for the life of me figure out where they are. I should ask Mac and Doc. Anyway, here they are:

I did a Fire Eaters PBY in one of my Civil Catalina skin packs at M4T, if you want to use that

Yeah, that'd be cool. It's too bad there isn't a PBY-5a mod. I can't believe no one ever did that. Well, I guess That'll go in the request section. Thanks, Redbaron, I thought it was mapped over somewhere.

btw.. I suck at skinning, just happen to find that cowl on accident.

Maty, twice here you mention a 5a Catalina,
personally, i've never heard of it, as i don't know all variants off by heart, and i guess this is the case for most people.
the best option, rather than expressing disbelief that we don't have one, would be to actually request one, with the info, so that we may all be made aware of it's existence, for starters. ;)

I will request. I thought it was famous because it is in every PBY movie and every Gaijin game had both the PBY-5 and the PBY-5a. The a is an amphibious version, with trycicle landing gear that is stored inside the body. If you look at most PBN-1 skinpacks, tehy have a wheel painted on each side to represent the raised landing gear. As for the skin, Baron, I will need more reference.
