Title: Black smoke for coal fired ships.

During WW1 many ships, military and civilian used coal for their engines producing a very visible thick black smoke. My request is for that black smoke for the DBW1916 ships.

with change the Hooks names of several ships' side
from "Vapor, Vapor1, Vapor2, Vapor3" into "VaporCoal, VaporCoal1, VaporCoal2, VaporCoal3"
